Our company is focused on the design, development and manufacturing of
innovative high-power and high-brightness diode lasers. We offer single
emitters, laser bars and laser modules based on tapered, broad-area and
ridge-waveguide designs. Our diode lasers based on the III-V components
GaAs and GaSb are being used globally in the fields of medical treatment,
materials processing, spectroscopy and metrology.

The 4.3mm long devices offer a superior output power together with an outstanding beam quality.
Also different mountings like c-mount, DHP-inset or DHP-frame packagings are available now for all power levels.
